Opening times: from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM
The last train will start at 5:00 PM from the parking lot Nachtigallstrasse and will usually end it’s tour there again at 6:00 PM (with the regular stops).
The Café Theresia provides fresh waffles, sausages, (lard sandwiches) and hot and cold drinks at every opening day!

Prices
The entry to the mining and narrow-gauge railway museum Zeche Theresia is usually free, except for certain special events. For a ride with the Muttenthalbahn’s trains, day tickets are issued, which entitle a day validity for unlimited travel:

Our trains are exclusively operated by volunteers, ticket sales are intended to support the museum’s running costs.
The tickets of the excursion ship “MS Schwalbe” also apply to the Muttenthalbahn.
For the LWL-Industy-Museum Zeche Nachtigall is an additional ticket required. This ticket can be obtained in the foyer of Zeche Nachtigall.
If necessary, it is possible to take (a limited amount of) wheelchairs and baby strollers with the train.
